LOS ANGLES, March 10, 2010 -- An average of 41.3 million people in America watched the 82nd Academy Awards ceremony held on Sunday night at Kodak Theater, a 14-percent increase from last year's telecast and the highest in five years, according to figures released on Monday.

Puerto Princesa acquires another eJeepney

Puerto Princesa City Mayor Edward Hagedorn recently announced the city’s acquisition from PhUV Inc. of another electric jeepney (eJeepney) for use in its Climate Friendly Cities Program. “The eJeepney fleet is the third and final component of our CFC Program, completing what we call the green circle. We take pride in the fact that Puerto Princesa is the very first city in Asia to complete the CFC green circle”, he says.
