For the benefit of Bahay Pag-Asa and the reformation of Children In Conflict with the Law nationwide, PLDT-Smart Foundation will be holding a special block screening of ‘Avatar,’ on Friday, 18 December 2009, 7:30PM at Cinema 3 of SM Mega Mall.‘Avatar’ is the latest action-adventure and sci-fi movie from the director & producer of the mega blockbuster movie “Titanic” James Cameron.
The movie is about an ex-Marine who finds himself thrust into hostilities on an alien planet filled with exotic life forms. As an Avatar, a human mind in an alien body, he finds himself torn between two worlds, in a desperate fight for his own survival and that of the indigenous people.
