Another appetizing array of dishes are assembled by Richmonde’s talented Executive Chef, Kit Carpio, to create an ideal meal served at the Richmonde Grill all day and every day this month of June for only PhP 595++.Featuring a choice of Beef Souvlaki with Pita Bread, Grilled Vegetables, Tzatziki or Mahi-Mahi Cakes with Corn Puree and Avocado Salsa for the main course, the set is scrumptiously complemented by an appetizer of Beef Carpaccio with Curry Oil and Apple & Pear Salad and a delicate yet delectable Mango Flambé made of Cointreau, Caramel Fudge and Vanilla Ice for dessert.
