11 Soccer Jersey
Who To Watch : The United States
The United States qualified for the World Cup Finals ahead of Mexico and given the Mexican’s recent form, which includes an unfortunate defeat to England as well as a victory over World Cup winners Italy, that fact alone should put England, Slovenia and Algeria on high alert. The US team, headed up by Bob Bradley, has not advanced past the first phase of the finals since 2002, but could this year with the help of very important players.
Landon Donovan (Los Angeles Galaxy) 123 caps 42 goals
Donovan is America's superstar. The United State's rough winger is known for not holding back and for picking fights with David Beckham while the two played for the LA galaxy. However, despite that, Donovan is the best player in the authentic USA soccer jersey. Intelligent in his use of the ball, surprisingly quick, excellent technique and an ability to score goals and create chances against the best defences, if the American team is to progress far into the tournament then Donovan is sure to be at the hub of their best play.
Oguchi Onyewu (AC Milan) 54 caps 5 goals
Injury put a premature end to Onyewu’s first season in Serie A with Milan after seven successful seasons in Belgian football with Metz, La Louviere and most notably of all, Standard Liege. Oneyewu, the bigwig defender of the US national team, signed for Milan's team in July of last year after working with Standard to win the Belgian league title twice. Despite his injury problems in 2009-2010, which restricted Onyewu to just one appearance for Milan in Serie A, the powerful defender will hopefully be fully fit to provide a key link in the United States defensive line at the World Cup finals this summer.
Tim Howard (Everton) 51 caps 0 goals
Everton goalkeeper Tim Howard has not only become the best American goalkeeper that manager Bob Bradley can call upon, but he has also emerged over the past three years as one of the best goalkeepers in the Premier League. Athough Howard initially failed to make a strong impression at Manchester United, he soon achieved success in his loaned stint as Everton in May 2006, so much so that Everton signed him on permanently in 2007. Howard has continued with an impressive career, beating out legendary goalkeepers Iker Casillas, Gigi Buffon, and Julio Cesar to own the 2009 Confederations Cup in South Africa's coveted best goalkeeper award.
Clint Dempsey (Fulham) 62 caps 18 goals
Fulham loves Dempsey for his performance in the 2009-2010 season, a season which included Dempsey's amazing chipped winner that took the team into a promising run at the Europa League semi-finals. A clever striker or winger, Dempsey has the happy knack of being able to score crucial goals at crucial times, both for his club and his country. Dempsey and Donovan work as an excellent team, perfectly complementing one another on opposite sides, and the pair is sure to provide the inexperienced attacks from the US prospects for a win in group games.

Frequently Asked Questions...
Soccer Jersey Numbers....?
I just had a question on what numbers from 12-32 are usually substitutions for, I know 1-11: But what numbers from 12-32 usually go in for each position...? Or do they not really have a meaning. Is 17 a midfielder, or a forward? Or what about 19? 16? If you could let me know, that would be great.
Answer:
it depends entirely on the league that teams play in and player preference
1-11 used to be the starting eleven with no exceptions, but in recent years some players choose a number and stick to it throughout their career (such as Anelka who always wears 39)
as for which numbers from 12-32 are for midfielders and forwards etc. in most leagues there is no general rule, numbers are given out by availability. over time some players numbers may go lower when another player leaves and this is just to acknowledge their loyalty to the club.
im from manchester in england and support manchester city, we have a very large squad and every number from 1-57 (apart from 23 which was retired for Marc Vivien-Foe who died on the pitch)
some of our starting 11 wear 33 and 34, our first choice keeper wears 37
i would like to add though that even though there is no general rule for who gets what number nowadays, any youth players that come out of a teams academy, will more likely wear numbers in the 30's and 40's because they wont play much.
