If you can handle the strict rules of Atkins, that's your best best. No diet will take of the fat faster. But remember you'll get accustomed to eating large high fat meals while loosing tons of weight. that's not real life, Atkins defy's all the rules of dieting. You will eventually come off the diet and it takes a while to come off it correctly which a lot of people don't do right and gain it all back. Stay off the pills except a strong multi-vitamin while on Atkins.
Make sure you get the book and READ it, people who say Atkins doesn't work didn't do it correctly.
